Abstract:

Businesses with high levels of employee engagement typically operate more efficiently and produce better output. The phenomena of employer branding's effects on employee engagement will be examined in this study, either directly or indirectly through the mediation of employee satisfaction and person-organization fit. 148 respondents who work for three television stations in Yogyakarta will receive questionnaires. According to the study's findings, company branding has an impact on employee satisfaction, P-O Fit, and engagement.
