This study at PT PNM Region Bandar Lampung 1 intends to examine the impact of self-efficacy and LMX on employee performance with happiness at work as an intervening variable. Quantitative descriptive research was the approach of choice for this study. The population of this study includes all 214 of the study's sample's 464 Account Officer (AO) and Senior Account Officer (SAO) personnel of PT PNM Region Bandar Lampung 1. Partial Least Square (PLS), a type of structural equation modelling, is used in the analytical process. The study's findings include: Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on happiness at work, Self-efficacy has no significant effect on performance, happiness at work has a positive and significant effect on performance, LMX has a positive and significant effect on happiness at work, LMX has no significant effect on performance, Self-efficacy has a positive effect and significantly impacts performance through happiness at work, and LMX has a positive and significant effect on performance.
