Abstract:

study attempts to clarify how organisational entrepreneurship, servant leadership, organisational citizenship behaviour, social capital, and self-leadership affect the effectiveness of regionally based empowerment institutions in East Java. In this study, a quantitative post-facto methodology and a descriptive correlational design were applied. In East Java, there are 135 community-based institutions for empowerment. From 500 respondents of organisational units, 100 samples were obtained using the cluster proportional random sampling technique. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is the data analysis method that is employed. The findings demonstrated that organisational citizenship behaviour, as well as self and servant leadership, has an impact on performance both directly and indirectly. Organisational entrepreneurship simultaneously influences performance through social capital in both direct and indirect ways. The performance of regionally based empowerment institutions in East Java is influenced by organisational citizenship behaviour both directly and indirectly through social capital.
