This study aims to examine how work motivation affects employee performance in relation to corporate culture and work environment. This type of research is quantitative research with Path Analysis techniques. The research location is located in UPT. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kayen (UPT. RSUD Kayen), Pati Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The population is all employees working in UPT. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kayen. The sampling technique uses a combination of two sampling methods, namely Simple random sampling followed by a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique, and obtains a specified number of samples totaling 180 employees. The findings demonstrate that organizational culture and work environment positively and significantly affect work motivation. Organizational culture and work environment positively and significantly affect employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, this study discovered that work motivation can operate as a mediating factor between the effects of corporate culture and work environment on employee performance. The findings of this study are anticipated to be used as consideration and input for UPT. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kayen will determine policies to improve nurse performance by implementing a good organizational culture and improving a conducive work environment at all levels to increase work motivation.
