Work and family are the central and salient domains in an individual's life. Juggling work and family life has always been a challenge for many employees and families. This study sought to assess the impact of an employee's work engagement on their work-family enrichment in Bamenda, Cameroon. Data was collected from a sample of 349 collected through a stratified sampling technique and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. It was found that work engagement positively affects work-family enrichment.
