Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence price, e-commerce, and service quality have on online purchasing decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic at PT Gluten-free Indonesia. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population in this research was 994 respondents, and the results were determined using the Slovin formula, with as many as 285 respondents. Data collection methods include interviews, documents, and questionnaires. This research uses a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the SPSS Statistics 26 program. According to the research results, price, e-commerce and service quality partially have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. As well as price, e-commerce, and service quality together have an effect on purchasing decisions.
