Abstract:

In carrying out the task of facilitating family empowerment and welfare activities, there are several activities carried out by the Badung Regency PKK Team in an effort to improve family welfare, one of which is carrying out the IVA test examination activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the expansion of information about cancer, cancer risk factors and control efforts. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used in data collection is the secondary data collection method. In this case by utilizing the report on Early Detection of Uterine Cancer with the IVA Method and Breast Cancer with Clinical Examination (Sadanis) of Health Centers throughout Badung Regency from the Badung Regency Health Office. Data processing is carried out using the MS Excel application to produce a line graph to illustrate the development of community response to the implementation of the IVA Test examination. The results of the analysis show that the IVA Examination needs to be carried out at least once when a woman enters the age of 35-40 years. After this test can be repeated every one or five years in the age range of 35-55 years. To check the cervix and breasts This is a concern for us to further increase induction to the community about the importance of maintaining women's reproductive and physical health to always live healthily. It is necessary to hold routine checks and provide information about the importance of IVA tests.
