Big Data has become an increasingly important issue in the digital world, and businesses can leverage it to make intelligent, real-time decisions to enhance their performance. The purpose of this current systematic review is to examine the role of Big Data, emphasizing its contributions and benefits in the decision-making process, as well as the challenges it poses in the context of digital marketing strategies. The findings of this study could hold potential value for stakeholders and policymakers when making informed decisions on strategies to optimize the performance of a business or organization.
