Abstract:

The Systematic Review (SR) research study was premised on personnel health and well-being in businesses using the selected past studies reviewed for evidence. The research study focused on health and well-being, positive psychology in organizations, personnel management systems, and competitive organizational business performance as themes guiding the investigation. The importance of resilience and innovation, technological advancement, and the digitization of work settings were also important themes in defining organizational well-being and wellness, as explored in this study. 112 scientific publications were retrieved from databases accessible via ProQuest, Scopus, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate. After screening for qualification and applying criteria for inclusion and exclusion, 35 papers were chosen for evaluation and analysis. This research study's findings span organizational growth, with personnel well-being and wellness playing critical roles. The identified key determinants of health and well-being in organizations include change management, the institutionalization of personnel policies and procedures, management of organizational dynamics, training and knowledge transfer, positive psychology enhancement, the installation of tactful management systems, personnel resilience building, risk management, stress-free business environments, and effective communication. The study results have significant implications for future research and practice. Will contribute to enhancing health and well-being in organizations. The study output supports the notion that human capital is a critical factor in managing organizations and it underpins the need for research to improve human health, relations, and organizational productivity.
