This research examines the development of a business model canvas in a block diagram for the Hotel industry that includes key success factors in the Hotel business. The development of a new block diagram on the Business Model Canvas was carried out through analysis of data collected from interviews with Hotel managers and a review of related literature references. This research reveals that hotel business success factors can be integrated into a business model canvas so that hotel managers can use them to create business strategies and maximize company revenues.
