Abstract:

This research aims to analyze the welfare of female workers in the accommodation and food and drink provision sector in Denpasar City. This research is quantitative research in associative form, with primary data type, data collection method using accidental sampling method with a total of 156 female workers located in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM based on partial least squares. The results of the analysis show that 1) Financial compensation and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of female workers. 2) Financial compensation and productivity have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of female workers; however, work experience has a positive and not significant effect on the welfare of female workers. 3) Financial compensation and work experience have an indirect effect on welfare through the productivity of female workers in the food and drink accommodation sector in Denpasar City.
