In the context of increasing demand for organic fresh milk for children, this research focuses on investigating and evaluating consumer trends in this sector. Using desk research and sociological survey methods, our goal is to identify the characteristics of organic fresh milk consumers and gain moreunderstanding of their consumption trends. The results show that Vietnamese consumers tend to choose domestically sourced milk, use these products mainly spontaneously, not according to a fixed portion of the day, and pay attention to the benefits and nutritional values of organic fresh milk. The popular place to buy organic fresh milk for Vietnamese users at supermarkets and grocery stores. By collecting data from consumers in Vietnam, this research is expected to provide valuable information about the organic fresh milk market for children in Vietnam.
