Abstract:

Fintech in the banking sector revolutionizes traditional financial services through innovative technologies such as blockchain, mobile payments, and online lending platforms. The purpose of this study is to thoroughly investigate the complicated dynamics of Fintech services and provide essential insights into the changing digital consumer landscape that is impacted by the perceived expectancy, perceived risk, convenience, financial innovativeness and customers' intentions. In order to satisfy the customers with Fintech services, trust plays a vital role. Fintech in the banking sector is transforming financial services by introducing digital innovations like blockchain, mobile wallets, and peer-to-peer lending. These advancements enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experiences by offering more accessible and tailored financial solutions. This technological shift is fostering increased competition and innovation within the industry.
