This study aims to analyze the effect of Recruitment and Training on the work performance of Members of the Satrolnus Polri Korpolairud Baharkam Polri. The population of this study was Members of the Satrolnus Polri Korpolairud Baharkam Polri, and the number of respondents in this study was 50. Data processing using the SPSS application. Testing was carried out with a partial and simultaneous system. The data analysis method used in this study was the t-test instrument, multiple linear regression analysis; the results of the study showed that Recruitment and Training partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Members of the Satrolnus Polri Korpolairud Baharkam Polri. Underlining the importance of recruitment and training in improving the work performance of Members of the Satrolnus Polri and recommending that recruitment and training efforts continue to be strengthened to achieve optimal work results.
