Abstract:

This study aims to establish a connection between the 2022 interpretations of the 16PF test given to B-school students and the 2024 job profiles that they currently hold. This is an attempt to evaluate how personality affects professional choice and advancement. The 16 factors from the test were used by this researcher but in accordance with the 16PF5 Global factors. Five global factors can be created by combining the 16 core personality qualities measured by the 16 Personality Factors (16PF) questionnaire: extraversion, anxiety, tough-mindedness, independence, and self-control. The test results from 2022 were categorized using the 16PF5 format. Reliable secondary data was used to determine the conventional interpretation of each student’s traits and personality type.
