Abstract:

Effective and disciplined internal communication work is the factor it's important that you can influence the performance of employees. This study aims to test the empirical influence of internal communication and discipline on the performance of PT employees. Archipelago Bonded Zone. The variable in this study consists of the independent variable, Internal Communication and Discipline Work, while the dependent variable is the performance of employees; research methods use the questionnaire as an instrument for data collection and analysis from the quantitative study. This is done with the use of numbers and statistics. This writer used tool help from the SPSS program. Population in study This is all over employees of PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara who are at the head office with sample study This has as many as 68 respondents. The results of the study say that, in a way simultaneous, there is influence positive and significant between variable internal communication and discipline Work to performance employees at PT. The Archipelago Bonded Zone shows that internal communication and discipline work positively and significantly influence employee performance.
