Abstract:

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment simultaneously and partially on the work stress of employees of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). This study uses a quantitative approach to measure the relationship between workload, work environment, and work stress with numerical data. This study uses a correlational survey design to explore the relationship between these variables. The population is comprised of employees in the logistics and equipment sector at BNPB, with 35 respondents. Data processing uses the SPSS application. Data testing with descriptive statistical tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that workload and work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on the work stress of employees of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). As for the influence of the work environment on work stress, there is no significant influence indicated by the significant value of the work environment.
