Abstract:

This study was conducted to analyze the impact of Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees. The research method used was descriptive explanatory, with a total sample of 67 people taken from the total population. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with simple random samplings. The data analysis technique used is double linear regression analysis through SPSS version 24 statistical software. This research is carried out in the form of observations, interviews, and questionnaires that serve as guidelines for conducting interviews as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) both partially and simultaneously. The results of the analysis showed that Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously had an impact of 86.5% on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In comparison, the remaining 13.5% were influenced by other factors not studied in this study.
