The government's primary duty is to ensure that everyone has access to healthcare in an equitable manner. Given that healthcare spending is a major factor in the nation's overall development, it is vital to examine how much money underdeveloped states like Assam allocate to healthcare. The present study aims to analyse the trend of health expenditure incurred by the Assam Government for the last decade.
