The study examined the level and relationships of organizational justice and support on work engagement, and which among the indicators of organizational justice and support best influences the work engagement among police officers in Davao City. Adapted questionnaires were utilized and administered to the 335 police officers who were assigned in Davao City Police Office including its substations. The data were collected through face-to-face survey and were analyzed using Mean, Pearson r and Regression analysis. The result showed that the organizational justice and support have verbal description of very high implying that fairness and support within the organization are always manifested. Conversely, work engagement of police officers is very high indicating that work engagement is excellent among police officers in Davao City. More so, the findings presented that there is a high and significant correlation between organizational justice and work engagement, while the result between organizational support and work engagement significant and posted a very high correlation Further, it was found out that interactional justice significantly influences the work engagement among the indicators of organizational justice while coworker support has the highest predictive effect among the domains of organizational support to work engagement.
