Abstract:

Being geographically strategically positioned, Indonesia plays an important role in the global market of natural gas. Abundant domestic gas reserves combined with improvement in gas exploration, extraction, and distribution infrastructures make this commodity considerably accessible and inexpensive for industrial companies. Based on the findings of this research, the analysis done by using SWOT, Diamond Strategy, and Business Model Canvas models has provided actionable in terms of formulating the ideal strategy for PT AROHERA. This strategy uses the company’s technical competence, especially cryogenic technology and LNG infrastructure, to build partnerships with key stakeholders like Samator Group and international EPC companies. PT AROHERA is better positioned to shift into green energies, staying agile and relevant amid the changing tides of a volatile global market, while the implementation plan considers operational efficiency within ERP systems in addition to constant reinvestment in the pursuit of innovative and safe services for long-term growth.
