This study aims to evaluate the influence of employee experience, consisting of physical, technical, and cultural experience, on organizational commitment and its impact on turnover intention. The study also tested the mediating role of job satisfaction, psychological well-being, and organizational commitment. Data were collected through questionnaires involving 180 employees as samples from several selected companies in Indonesia, using the simple random sampling method, and data analysis was carried out with the help of Smart-PLS. The study's results indirectly showed that job satisfaction significantly mediated cultural experience on organizational commitment. However, job satisfaction did not mediate physical experience and technical experience on organizational commitment. Then, psychological well-being and organizational commitment did not mediate employee experience on turnover intention. In direct effect, cultural experience significantly influences turnover intention, job satisfaction, and psychological well-being. Physical and technical experience only positively impacted job satisfaction and psychological well-being. Organizational commitment had a significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction had a positive impact on organizational commitment.
