Abstract:

This study delves into how the duration of employment influences organizational culture, digital literacy, and human resource development and how they affect the academic support staff performance at Telkom University. Data from a survey questionnaire were obtained from 221 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with moderation. Organizational culture did not significantly impact employee performance. However, digital literacy and human resource development activities significantly enhanced employee performance. Additionally, the length of service significantly moderated the HR development-employee performance relationship. Length of service did not moderate the influence of organizational culture and digital literacy. These findings emphasize the importance of digital skills and more focused HR aids in determining improved work performance outcomes, as well as the necessity of using strategic frameworks for the alignment of organizational culture.
