Abstract:

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital culture and work behaviour on employee performance and its impact on organizational performance at Telkom University. A quantitative research approach was employed, using structured questionnaires from 230 individuals and the statistical analysis of Partial-Least-Squares Structural- Equation Modeling (PLSSEM). The findings reveal that digital culture has a positive effect on employee performance; however, its impact on organizational performance through employee performance as an intervening variable is not statistically significant. In contrast, work behavior exhibits a significant positive influence on both employee performance and organizational performance, both directly and indirectly, through employee performance as an intervening variable. These results highlight the importance of strengthening work behavior and optimizing the implementation of digital culture across all levels of the organization to achieve improved organizational performanc.
