Abstract:

Employee safety and welfare are critical to ensuring a productive and sustainable work environment, particularly in industrial settings like MM Forging. This study examines the safety protocols, welfare initiatives, and risk management strategies implemented within the organization to protect workers from occupational hazards. Through an analysis of workplace safety standards, employee satisfaction surveys, and welfare programs, the research aims to assess the effectiveness of existing measures and identify potential areas for improvement. The findings contribute to a broader understanding of industrial safety practices, emphasizing the need for continuous policy enhancement to align with regulatory requirements and employee well-being. Ultimately, the study provides insights into fostering a safer, more supportive workplace for the workforce at MM Forging.
