Abstract:

This research is a qualitative descriptive study aimed at describing the marketing strategy of PT INKA (Persero) to enhance competitiveness in the railway industry. The data collection methods employed in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the marketing strategies implemented by PT INKA (Persero) have a significant impact on increasing the company's competitiveness. A combination of competitive pricing strategies, high product quality, and an effective direct approach has enabled PT INKA (Persero) to maintain its position in the Southeast Asian market. Efforts that can be made to improve PT INKA (Persero)'s long-term competitiveness include maintaining quality, offering competitive prices, and preserving customer trust.
