This study aims to analyze the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI), Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), and Population Growth Rate (LPP) on income inequality in Java. The study used the panel data regression method with a Fixed Effect model selected based on the Chow and Hausman test. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on income inequality.
