This study intended to enhance the creativity and competitiveness of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Kemiri Muka, Depok, Indonesia. Despite their importance to the local economy, many businesses nevertheless suffer from shortcomings in product variety, poor marketing plans, and low brand recognition. A narrative-driven interactive community project was introduced, emphasizing innovative product development and the effective application of digital marketing. Participants in training courses covering e-commerce systems, development strategies, and basic business management techniques, including e-commerce platforms. Tests given before and after the course revealed a significant improvement in participants' digital marketing skills. Moreover, the activity promoted new ideas to meet market needs and helped MSME participants to cooperate. This initiative emphasizes the need for community-based interventions in promoting small firm expansion by means of creative ideas and digital tools. It is advised to improve these results by more involvement and ongoing coaching.
