Abstract:

This study aims to examine the influence of green capabilities on the adoption of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in a palm oil agribusiness company. The green capabilities analyzed include green supplier development, green marketing, green manufacturing and packaging, and environmental participation. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 223 respondents comprising managers, supervisors, and staff of PT. Mentari Sawit Makmur in Bangka. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The results show that green supplier development and environmental participation have a positive and significant influence on GSCM adoption. Meanwhile, green marketing, green manufacturing and packaging show a positive but not significant influence. These findings indicate that internal company factors and environmental involvement are key to the successful implementation of GSCM. This study provides important implications for the development of sustainability strategies in Indonesia's agribusiness sector.
