This article analyses the profile, formative trajectory and performance outcomes of entrepreneurs supported by the Porto Sul Social Incubator (ISPS) in Ilhéus, Bahia. The study aims to understand how participants' characteristics, territorial embeddedness and participation in formative activities relate to development observed during pre-incubation and incubation. This applied, descriptive and analytical research combined qualitative and quantitative approaches through case study and documentary research. The study analyzed institutional reports, dashboards, advisory records and monitoring instruments produced between 2023 and the first semester of 2026. Results indicate that ISPS supported entrepreneurs from nine communities and different economic sectors, with female predominance. The formative trajectory showed an average performance increase from 58% to 79% by the end of pre-incubation. Best results concentrated on customers, promotion and products, whereas costs, suppliers and market positioning required greater support. During incubation, 78% of records were at consolidated or advanced levels. It is concluded that social incubation constitutes a process of competence development, productive inclusion and territorial articulation, though aggregated data limit causal claims about participation-performance relationships.
