Abstract:

The goal of this study is to identify and evaluate the impact of purchasing habits, e-payment methods, and free delivery offers on impulsive purchases. The core data is gathered using an online survey as part of the quantitative research methodology. Users of TikTok shops who have made purchases utilising an electronic payment system at their own TikTok shops make up the population of this study. In this study, 300 respondents from Indonesia served as samples. Purposive sampling was employed as the sample methodology in this study along with a non-probability sampling technique. This study's analytical approach makes use of multiple linear regression. SPSS 21.0 research data processing methods. The findings of the study and analysis indicate that: 1) Shopping habits have a favourable and significant influence on impulsive purchases. 2) Epayment has a negative and significant effect on impulse buying. 3) Free shipping promotion have positive and insignificant results on impulse buying, so free shipping promotion do not have any effect on impulse buying. 4) Shopping habits, epayment, and free delivery offers all have a good and significant impact on impulsive purchases.
