Learning quality refers to how strongly teachers, students, curriculum, learning materials, media, facilities, and learning systems interact and work together to produce the best possible learning processes and results in line with curriculum requirements. A key component of reaching educational objectives is learning quality. Numerous reports on educational advancements show that, in terms of both educational objectives and competence standards, the quality of mathematics instruction in Bogor Regency's private vocational schools has fallen short of objectives. Therefore, research is needed to obtain information on variables related to improving learning quality. The purpose of this study is to develop strategies and methods for improving learning quality by examining the influence of pedagogical competency variables, project-based learning (PjBL) effectiveness, creativity, achievement motivation, and learning quality. In order to identify tactics and techniques for enhancing the quality of learning, this study employs path analysis to ascertain the influence between the variables under investigation and the SITOREM approach for indicator analysis.
