Abstract:

This study shows the customer fulfilment and service quality on the hotels in Tirunelveli Municipal Corporation Area. The concentrate on finds their current levels of the item contributions based on SERVICE QUALITY dimensions. Present concentrate likewise attempts to look at nature of item contributions of the chose Hotels in the area on SERVICE QUALITY dimensions. It is an exploratory examination study.
